In January of 2009, our dear friend and co-worker Krista Lara was diagnosed with Hodgkins lymphoma. Krista has undergone 6 months of chemotherapy. She is facing a stem cell transplant and radiation in the near future. Our goal is to at least ease the financial burden of mounting medical expenses for Krista and her husband Wyatt.
On February 13, 2010 we will hold a spaghetti feed and silent auction. It will take place at DJ’s Dugout (Bellevue) from 3-6p.m. Suggested ticket price is $10.00 and a donation will be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society with a portion of the proceeds.
