Homemade Georgia Peach Butter Jam

Jamie gave me pacific instructions when I can and can not open the jars of preservative. The strawberry balsamic jam and the peach butter were actually ready to eat once they were cooled down. I waited until I had the right wheat bread to finally open the jar of peach butter. Funny story, while shopping for peaches, we stopped by a road side produce stand and we were told that the peaches are from Georgia. Should have seen how big my eyes gotten. Anyways, the peach butter jam spread over wheat toast was delicious. I'm thinking about hiding just this jar of jam all to myself. Click here to read & see how the Peach Butter was prepared.
