Homemade Georgia Peach Butter Jam

Jamie gave me pacific instructions when I can and can not open the jars of preservative. The strawberry balsamic jam and the peach butter were actually ready to eat once they were cooled down. I waited until I had the right wheat bread to finally open the jar of peach butter. Funny story, while shopping for peaches, we stopped by a road side produce stand and we were told that the peaches are from Georgia. Should have seen how big my eyes gotten.
