"Jack of Hearts are a four-piece pop ensemble bursting at the seams of the Atlanta music scene. They mold songs from the ore of heartbreak, polished until gleaming, from the depths of love and heights of despair. Deftly combining vocals and instrumentation, their sound has been compared to Grizzly Bear, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, and The Beach Boys. Originally a duo, bassist/vocalist Will Day and piano/guitar/vocalist Omar Ferrer sought out drummer Sarah Wilson, and asked Day's childhood friend, guitar/vocalist David Courtright to join and make a quartet in mid 2010. Currently in studio for the release of their debut album, Jack of Hearts have already opened for Atlanta mainstays Jungol and Stokeswood. Their debut album is on course to be released at the top of 2011, what's sure to be a promising year for the up and coming group." via http://www.reverbnation.com/jackofheartsmusic

Upcoming show will be Thursday March 10. Door opens at 10pm at the SoundTable.
